Mary Pollak

​Having spent my adult life on the north shore of Massachusetts and a tidal river in mid-coast Maine,
the light and rhythms of the marsh and waters continually inspire me.
My work is a more abstract, personal vision reflecting time and place than representational.
​Being a short drive to the beach, I take the collective impressions and photographic references back to
​Indigo Artist Studio in Ipswich, MA to interpret and render meaningful impressions of the subject on paper."
